- Guaranteed Same Day Phone/Remote Support (Monday to Friday)
Regularly Scheduled Visits:
- Pre-Scheduled appointments every 3 Months to perform proactive maintenance to keep your systems running smoothly!
30 min of Phone/Remote Support Included per month
Remote Monitoring (add-on service):
- Our NerdCare Support Team can install software on your computer that will run in the background and notify us of any computer problems you may have, and either respond themselves or have your Primary Nerd respond.
