Most routers released in recent years are at risk, due to a vulnerability discovered in the WPS feature, which makes it easy for people to connect their computers to the router without having to get very technical about it, but – it turns out – security was sacrificed for simplicity, as an attacker can gain full access to the network by using a brute force attack.

DynDNS no longer offers a free service. Most nerds and many of our clients over the years have used the great free (as well as pro) services of DynDNS. Many of our clients only need the single hostname service to a single location for access to webcams at home, for example.
